(Saint Amour, february 9th, Stadsschouwburg – Brugge)

Saint Amour was premiered today in my home town, so we were there.

Stef Kamil made two solo appearances. Before the intermission he played Pale Blue Eyes (originaly by The Velvet Underground), afterwards we were given Captain Of A Shipwreck (Neil Diamond), Reno (Bruce Springsteen) and Tin Angel (Joni Mitchell).

As it already was the hottest 9th of february ever (ever as in: ever since they’ve started measuring), no spicy words were needed; the readers brought their work with a funny note (except for Donald Antrim, but we laughed anyway).
