Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws reports that Helmut Lotti is working with Stef Kamil Carlens on a rock album. The nature of their coöperation is unclear. Will we hear both artists on the record? (to be released in June) Is Stefs part limited to (pre)production?
