You might remember December 17th as the day snow covered the low countries, you were late at work despite the fact your kids were lightning fast out of their beds, or my dad turned 61…
But in the very beginning, there was a Zita Swoon aftershow at the Amsterdam Lloyds Hotel.
During the Paradiso concert (dec 16) some people in the audience got an invitation for this aftershow. There they could see the band play songs like Black magic woman (Santana), Cocaine and After midnight (JJ Cale), It ain’t what you do (Bananarama), a lot of classic rock intro’s (thanks to Simon), Jintro & the great Luna, Thinking about you all the time… and more (Eva in raw-mode for instance). Tom Barman joined them on some of those songs.
As an epilogue to this party there was some DJ-ing by Eva and Klaas (Janzoons)!
